Credit365 is a blockchain-based platform for issuing, managing, and verifying CEU, CPD, PDU, and CPE credits. We serve training providers, educational institutions, enterprises, and individual learners.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
Issuance and Verification of Credits
- Institutions and issuers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data associated with issued credits.
- Credit365 stores credential metadata on public or permissioned blockchains for verification purposes.
- Learners can share credentials through provided links or QR codes, which remain verifiable as long as the Service is operational.
White-Label Usage
If you are using a white-labeled version of Credit365, these Terms still apply unless superseded by a direct contract with your organization.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Attempt to access data not intended for you
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without written permission
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Credit365 or its licensors. You may not use them without explicit written consent.
API Usage
Use of the Credit365 API must comply with our API documentation and fair use policies. Excessive or abusive API calls may result in suspension.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
